How it’s Made
Our process for crafting our dog ornaments begins with blank sheets of high-quality birch wood. Each piece is meticulously sanded to a smooth finish to ensure a perfect canvas. Using precision laser cutting technology, we carefully shape the wood into our dog designs. Afterward, we apply multiple coats of paint and then distress the ornaments by hand. Finally to preserve their beauty and longevity, we finish with a protective acrylic clear coat. The result is a collection of ornaments with a warm rustic look and feel.

Damaged Items / Replacement:
If you receive a damaged item, proof via photo is required. Please send us an image of the damage and we will send out a replacement to you.
Please contact us if we made an error on your personalized item. We will correct it and send out a replacement.
