Meet the Maker
My name is Christopher Mica. I am an Air Force brat and Veteran who likes to make things and is inspired by his love of science fiction and fantasy. I grew up all over the United States and outside of it. I have an Associates and Bachelors degree in Information technology. Was born to parents with mechanical and engineering skills. I have always loved to create things and figure out how things work. Most times I come up with an idea and create it as I go along, I normally do not plan it out before hand. I make these items in my spare time away from work and family which includes my wife and two sons. I am willing to work with customers if they want to request a specific themed lamp.
How it’s Made
Vehicles and lamp shade are 3D printed with PLA filament. Base is made of laminated ABS wood with mod podge and baking soda. All paint with spraypaint and covered with a clear topcoat.
