It is chainsaw carved out of paulownia and finished with spar varnish and a professional grade, exterior acrylic paint. It measures 22.5 inches tall by 7 inches wide, by 6.5 inches deep. It is finished for both indoor and outdoor display and makes the perfect, unique gift for that person who has everything!
- They are 100% wood, therefore they will get some cracking and checking… this is completely normal and to be expected.
* Do not place it directly on the ground, as any moisture trapped beneath it will cause the wood to rot. The bottom of the carving needs to be dry and have air circulation. Place carving on a couple tiles
* Treat your carving yearly with a wood preservative that contains UV and mildew protection
If your carving is displayed indoors -
* Do not place your carving directly on the floor or carpet until it has fully dried, as moisture secretions from the wood can cause stains. Place carving on tiles or cardboard/wood strips or use furniture spacers.
