The heavy 7" diameter base insures that the rack won't tip over while our protective rubber feet on the bottom prevents sliding and damage to dining room tables or countertops. At 12.75" tall, it's the perfect height to store your paper towels and can accommodate regular to jumbo sized paper towel rolls.
