Most pieces will ship within one to two weeks of your order; however, larger furniture pieces will take more time. We’re big on communication and will let you know if it will take more than our standard 1-2 weeks.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. We’ll work closely with you to find a solution. 8. Shipping Protection: Once your order has been transferred from our loving hands to the shipping carriers, we can’t be held responsible for any hiccups along the way. Any delays, mishaps, or vanishing acts during the shipping process are out of our hands. We recommend crossing your fingers and toes for a smooth delivery! If you have had issues with carriers (i.e., USPS, UPS, FedEx), we are happy to require a signature at delivery – just send us a note requested we do so as it is not our standard practice.
