Meet the Maker
I see mosaics as painting with glass. I strive to create detailed works of art that evoke a love for nature and wildlife.
After leaving my full-time job in June, 2017 I began to pursue art full-time, and quickly discovered a passion for glass mosaic. Drawing inspiration from our natural environment, particularly the San Francisco Bay Area, it gives me great joy to create beautiful images of trees, flowers, fish, bugs and birds. I have created and sold hundreds of individual works of art, including commissions for fireplace surrounds, backsplashes, tables, portraits, and wall and window art.

How it’s Made
This table is made on an Ikea table base, and the tray top is removable. Each piece of glass is hand cut and many hours are spent creating this unique design.
