How it’s Made
Beeswax wraps are made by melting locally sourced beeswax, jojoba oil, and pine resin together to create a smooth, tacky mixture. Once fully melted, this blend is evenly rolled onto 100% cotton fabric, ensuring full saturation. The coated fabric is then gently heated to allow the mixture to fully absorb, making the wraps pliable and tacky for easy use. After cooling, the wraps are ready to be used as a sustainable alternative to plastic wrap.
To use, simply warm the wrap with your hands and mold it around bowls, jars, or directly over food items like cheese, bread, and produce. The natural stickiness helps the wrap hold its shape, creating a breathable seal. Avoid using with raw meat or hot foods. After use, wash with cool water and mild soap, then air dry.
