Lock. Load. Liberty. Introducing my take on the Betsy Ross 13 Star Flag — a tribute to the grit, fire, and freedom that forged a nation. Featuring the iconic Betsy Ross flag in vintage distress, this pen blank design is tailor-made for the .30 cal bolt action platform.
The Continental Congress passed the Flag Resolution on June 14, 1777, which declared:
“Resolved, That the flag of the thirteen United States be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white; that the union be thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new constellation.”
The Betsy Ross design is presumed to have been in use around 1777, aligning with the resolution, but the circular star arrangement was just one of several early versions — not the official or only one.

This template is sized for a PSI Bolt Action pen and comes with two files one with the year 1777 and one without the year mark. Size of template is 2.01 x 1.2 inches and should provide a small margin of overlap when printing. I found pasting into MSWord is the best way to print and retain the original dimensions.
This artwork was designed by Allen InkWorks and features a stylized representation of the 1777 Betsy Ross flag with distressed textures and vintage styling. All elements, including layout, textures, and the year "1777" in antique bronze, were composed for digital and craft use.

Warranty: 30-day craftsmanship guarantee. If your pen has a mechanical issue within 30 days, please contact us for a repair or replacement. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.
