Processing Time
Orders ship out within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships you will be given a tracking number.
My package is marked delivered by the post office, but I don't have it! Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, if the post office marks the package as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available unless a police report for stolen mail is filed. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. If this does happen, check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. After that, check with neighbors, or look around your house to see if the mail carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. After that, check with the post office in person to get the GPS reading from the delivery scan. In the case of stolen packages, you should file a stolen package report with the police.

Return Policy
1. We will exchange items that are defective, damaged in transit, or due to an error in sizing, especially for rings.
2. To be eligible for exchange, you must first email us no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the item at jerzeygems@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, defect, or error and then follow the instructions in the reply email you receive. If you are instructed to return the item to us, in order to qualify for replacement, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
3. Upon receipt of the item we will send you a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item less shipping.
4. Non-exchangeable items include:
(i) Downloadable software products
(ii) Earrings due to hygienic reasons
5. Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
6. If a replacement item is not available and we issue you a refund, a credit will automatically be applied by Stripe, within 30 days of approval.
7. Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
(i) If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days of receiving notice from us that your refund has been issued, contact your credit card company (or company that provided your method of payment) and your bank . There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
(ii) If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at jerzeygems@gmail.com.
8. Shipping. To return your product, please contact us at jerzeygems@gmail.com for shipping information.
(a) You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
(b) Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
(c) You are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible or liable for any items that are lost or damaged while in transit to us. In the event that your returned items are damaged in transit or are not received by us, your sole recourse will be with the shipping company and/or insurance company selected by you to ship and/or insure the returned items.

Soft tape measure, wrap around neck add 2 to 4 inches (5-10 cm) to your neck measurement to calculate your minimum chain length.
Figuring Out Your Bead Ring Size Part 1
Please be certain of your ring size when ordering a bead ring. Take your metal ring for the same finger you are measuring for the beaded ring. If you are between sizes, order up a half size. ***Since beaded rings are woven tightly and do not stretch you want to go a full size up from your metal ring.*** If you don't know your ring size, you may print a PDF ring sizer from the internet - I recommend this one from Kay Jewelers: https://www.kay.com/ring-size. Figuring Out Your Bead Ring Size Part 2
Always measure your fingers when they are warm, not cold. Cut a thin strip of paper. Wrap the paper around the base of your finger. If you have larger knuckles measure both (you may want to choose a size between the two to allow the ring to slip on comfortably). Make sure the ring fits over your knuckle! Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with your ruler. Make sure you measure correctly ring should not fit snug. Jerzey Gems LLC rings are woven tight and do not stretch so you will need an accurate size.
Figuring Out Your Bead Ring Size Part 3
If you have a ring sizer gauge at home (usually has about 27 ring sizes for you to slip your fingers through to figure out what size best fits) and are using it for your finger measurement when placing an order use it one size LARGER than the ring that fits the specific finger you are looking to purchase a beaded ring for. For ex: if you use a sizer and it says 6 1/2 place an order for a 7 1/2 size ring. Just make sure it is NOT a snug fit. Jerzey Gems LLC rings are woven tight and do not stretch so you will need a bigger size.
