Meet the Maker
I'm a nature and wildlife photographer based in the Midwest. My love of photography started when I was a kid and all I had were little disposable cameras my parents would buy me. After getting a new one, I would go out into the woods behind my house to take pictures of flowers, trees, rabbits, dear and anything else I liked. It felt like Christmas every time my photos showed up in the mailbox. I was so happy when I finally got a polaroid camera when I was 12. I could see my pictures instantly instead of waiting days. From here on wildlife and nature photography was a favorite hobby of mines. Instead of just having all my beautiful pictures sit in my computer I started selling prints of my work. I wanted to share my view of the natural world with others and show how beautiful nature truly is.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 4-6 days of purchase.
Shipping Methods: Prints are shipped via UPS with tracking provided.
Packaging: Prints are packaged with care in protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Delays: I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier but will assist in resolving issues.
Return & Refund Policy
Damaged Prints: If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days. Please provide proof, such as photos of damage, or return damaged print and you will receive either a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Items: Due to the custom nature of photography prints, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refund Requests: Refunds will only be processed once the damaged item is returned, or sufficient evidence of the issue is provided.
Cancellation Policy
Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible due to processing.
Licensing & Use Policy
Personal Use Only: Prints are sold for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
Copyright Ownership: All images remain the property of Amber Hartness Photography. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright ownership.
