Hi! We are the Wilders. Since 1996, we have been handcrafting cold-process soap , lip balm and skin care products. Our shop is located in the beautiful countryside of Chickaloon, Alaska. Just like our pristine landscape, we only use natural, healthy ingredients. You will not find any parabens, glycols, ureas or any other toxic ingredients in our products.
Shop Policies
Shipping & Handling: We ship everywhere in the United States. Within 1 – 2 business days via USPS – Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.
$7 Flat rate shipping - Free shipping on orders over $75. (Please note: Entering an incorrect shipping address may delay shipment. Additional fees will incur if a package is returned or has to be re-routed.)
Returns: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the value of the item(s) if they are not returned in original condition. If the conditions are met, the full value of the product will be refunded less the shipping cost.
Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Items: For incorrect or damaged items, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.
