Our carrier liquid is distilled water that dilutes essential oils to make them safe for use. Then we use a natural emulsifiers that can help blend essential oils with water. We have a formulation process involves determining the right ratios of water, essential oils, and any additional ingredients based on desired scent strength, safety, and effectiveness.
