Black Paracord Dog Leash Handmade. Paracord dog leash made using approx 75 feet of black American made 550 cord. Leash is approximately 6 feet long. Leash has rounded handle for a comfortable grip. Leashes can be made in your choice of colors and lengths. We currently carry almost 100 different colors of American made 550 cord. If there is a particular color combination you would like, please ask. Most school colors are available.
Facts about paracord: 100% nylon fibers (inside and out) Mildew and Rot Resistant High UV/Fade Resistant Colors won't bleed when wet Low stretch Low shrink 7 Strand inner core (Tightly twisted) Each Twisted strand holds 35 pounds. Each strand is comprised of 2 strings, each of those holding 7.5 pounds. Tightly woven outer sheathe holds 330 pounds without the inner strings. 100% MADE IN THE USA, conforming to MIL-C-5040 Type III. specs. Certified 550 cord. Will not break before a minimum of 550 pounds. ( While whole and in ideal condition) Both the paracord and clasps are water/shower safe. I have been making handmade items for over 30 years. I started with woodworking and expanded from there. About 15 years ago, my son started working with me making paracord items which we still sell. I got into laser engraving and sublimation printing about 10 years ago.
