This Rock My Zen Chakra bracelet was created with Red Jasper, Carnelian, Citrine, Green Aventurine, Sodalite, Lapis Lazuli and Amethyst with the intention to help balance the Chakras with additional negative energy protection properties from Black Tourmaline.
Metaphysical properties:
The properties listed are just a few that each stone has.
1st (Root) - Red Jasper Relaxation, compassion, tranquility
2nd (Sacral) – Carnelian Emotional harmony, inner strength
3rd (Solar) – Citrine Manifestation, happiness, prosperity
4th (Heart) – Green Aventurine Stone of Prosperity. Stress and anxiety relief. Also protects from negativity.
5th (Throat) – Sodalite Stress and anxiety relief, creativity, communication
6th (Third Eye) – Lapis Lazuli stress, anxiety and depression relief. Calming, encourages self confidence/esteem, hope
7th (Crown) – Amethyst Spiritual awareness, psychic abilities, balance, positive transformation
Black Tourmaline is a grounding crystal and can help to protect from negative energy by transmuting it into positive energy.

All Rock My Zen bracelets are energetically cleansed, infused with Reiki and set with intention before shipping.
Please do not wear our bracelets during water related activities or while playing sports as these activities can damage the elastic or get snagged easily and pop.
SIZING: Please refer to info-graphics in photos for sizing guidelines. Please order for your exact wrist measurement. Wiggle room will be added on and included when your bracelet is made. If you are in between sizes, order up and let us know in the Notes when checking out your wrist measurement.

Meet the Maker
Hi! I'm Joyce. I started making jewelry in 2013 when I was working as a massage therapist in L.A. and realized not everyone wanted to carry crystals in their pockets like I did to protect myself energetically.
I started with beaded jewelry and specialize in the metaphysical to help with empath protection, stress and anxiety relief and negative energy protection. I have since expanded into wire wrapping which I have found is my favorite way of creating, All of my jewelry and accessories are made in my studio in the metro Atlanta, GA area.

How it’s Made
Beaded bracelets are strung on the thickest elastic that I can use with the beads that I use. All bracelets are made to order.
Shop Policies
If you're absolutely unhappy with your order, please let me know within 5 days of receipt of order. Refunds will be given upon receipt of the order in the original packaging (outer packaging not included) and must not have been worn. Returns must be shipped back within 2 weeks of of return approval. If your order arrives damaged, please let me know asap and include a photo. If you have any questions, please let me know!
