PLEASE BE ADVISED that vinyl wall decals do not adhere to walls painted with “zero VOC” or “VOC free” paint. It is not recommended that you apply our vinyl wall decals to walls that have been painted with this new, eco-friendly paint.

Each decal is cut to order and usually ships within one week after Approval via USPS.
Orders made on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holiday may not ship until the nearest working business day.

If you need your decal by a certain date, please let us know...and we can discuss other shipping methods.
Returns & exchanges

~ If for any reason upon receiving your decal you wish to return it, please reach out to us and we'll let you know what you need to do to get the decal back to us. If applicable, you will be refunded (minus shipping) in the form that the payment was received (NOT applicable to custom orders....see below).
~ CUSTOM ORDERS and customized/personalized items are not eligible for returns, so please double-check the proof I send to make sure everything is correct...including punctuation. Of course, if it's my mistake we'll fix it at no charge.

How it’s Made
All Wall decals are made to order and in the UAS none of that print on demand here. we design and Make all Our designs in Pasadena, MD. form Pre-colored 631 and 651 Vinyl on rolls
There are five main stages of making high-quality vinyl decals: Made form Pre-colored 631 and 651 Vinyl on rolls

Our decals are normally supplied ready to install in a sheet made of three layers: Bottom layer
- release paper backing, middle layer
- contour cut vinyl and top layer
- application tape.
They are fitted by removing the bottom layer release paper, to expose the adhesive side of the vinyl, and positioning onto the wall. Then the graphic can be applied by smoothing flat, with slightly firm pressure, using either a vinyl squeegee or flat edge of a credit card.
The application tape is then removed to reveal the fitted graphic.

Refunds Returns: We Do Not accept returns ,Do to Being Handmade All Items Are Made to Order, however if we messed up, please contact us, We promise we will make it right.
Shipping: All our items are shipped in 5 to 7 business days by USPS Ground Advantage. If you have a PO Box, please include this with your shipping address.
Wood and Acrylic Items:
Do to Being Handmade All Items Are Made to Order , there are sometimes slight imperfections in fit or finish. I'm very picky about what passes for items that are good enough to sell.
Since no two pieces of wood are identical, color variations and grains may differ with each piece.
On multi-colored items, there may be different choices made in where each color appears. If you are concerned about this, let me know if there are any colors you don't want used. If you want specific colors used in a design, contact me and we can discuss a custom design just for you. Changes in color only are at no additional cost.
Cancellations - I accept cancellations within 24Hrs of Placing order .
Returns - We Do Not accept returns
Customer Satisfaction is my number one goal! If you are unhappy with an item, please send me a message first before leaving negative feedback. I will address your concerns. I love making these items and want to know that you are happy with your purchase!
I sometimes may sell a prototype or items with imperfections that don't detract much from the overall quality or functionality of the item. These items will be clearly marked as such and of coarse the price will be reduced.
