These blue, yellow, and white paper circles garlands are great for your graduation celebration. Show your school colors and make your graduate feel super special. These garlands are lightweight and easy to hang. Use them to decorate the front of a food or gift table. Drape them across walls. String them vertically from the ceiling for a really cool look. Paper circle garlands also are popular as photo booth backdrops. When you are busy with all of the other little details that go into party planning, you’ll be so glad to have these garlands that quickly transform a plain room into a party!

Circles are punched from 65 lb. card stock.
Circles are all 2" in diameter.
Garlands are sewn with quality thread, and I leave about a foot of thread on each end so that you tie or tape the garland to a hook or to the wall. If you dangle the garlands from the ceiling, just snip of the extra thread.
This listing shows blue, white, and yellow , but colors are completely customizable. Just include the colors in the personalization box when you check out, if you want something different. I will send you a message with a picture of the colors I plan to use to make sure they match what you had intended.
The last picture shows garlands in University of Massachusetts colors and shows an example of a photo backdrop or virtual party background.
The garlands are durable and can be reused many times. They come packaged in a resealable bag which keeps them neat and tangle-free. They pack flat for easy storage.

Hi! I'm Beth from Paper Dot Party Spot, and I'm so glad you are visiting my shop.
I've been a seller of paper party decorations on Etsy for over 15 years and have just made the addition of my Goa Imagine shop here.
When I first began paper crafting, my shop was called Beth's Card Creations and I sold handmade greeting cards. My shop began to evolve into a paper party store a few years in, and I now create all sorts of unique paper garlands, cupcake toppers, banners, centerpieces, and more. To reflect the change in goods sold, I changed my shop name this year to Paper Dot Party Spot.
Although you could get all of your party supplies at your local party store, here are the three things that make my party supplies special.
Customizeable party decorations
All my decorations can be personalized with custom colors to fit your color scheme or to surprise the guest of honor with his or her favorite colors. Names can be added to banners, and pictures can be added to cupcake toppers (especially nice for a milestone birthday or wedding anniversary). Garlands can even be ordered in custom lengths to fit the size of your venue.
Affordable party decorations
All of my decorations are made with quality 65lb card stock. Decorations made from card stock tend to be more affordable than decorations from other materials and they provide greater color options than other materials.
Reuseable party decorations
All of my decorations are packaged well so that you can pack them back up and reuse for other parties. My garlands are packaged in resealable plastic bags so that you can easily remove them and quickly hang them to decorate your venue. When the party is over, you can pack them away again to reuse for another party. Garlands pack flat and are easy to store.
Oh, and did I mention glow parties? Party decor that fluoresces under black light is my specialty. If you are planning a Sweet 16 black light glow party or a party for your teenager, you have come to the right spot! I've got glow party decorations that fluoresce like crazy under black light. Shop Policies
Processing time is currently 4-6 days. Mailing time varies by state, but is generally 4-6 days.
Returns are not accepted for custom made items. This includes garlands that were made with specially requested colors, and cake toppers, banners, and cupcake toppers with added names or ages.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for items that are not custom-made. This includes garlands that are standard colors in my shop, ie. graduation garlands in school colors, and most baby shower raindrop garlands that have not been made with special colors that the buyer requested. Items must be in the same packaging and in the same condition as they were when sent.
Refunds are for the item cost only, Shipping cost is non-refundable. This means the shipping that I paid to ship to you, as well as the shipping price you paid to send back is non-refundable.
