The square box style body and loop strap are made from a vintage 1950’s cotton tablecloth with white flowers on a light blue background ~ It is lined in a vintage gray floral cotton fabric with 2 pockets for small items like flip phone, credit card, ID and small essentials!
This is a self standing purse that will not collapse and holds a lot more than you think it would - Also makes a fun little lunch bag!
The loop strap threads thru the 3 white plastic rings for secure carrying - just grab 'n go!
For easy access to the pockets or to quickly reach for something, you just un-thread the strap from 1 ring.

Meet the Maker
I am a mom of 2 and Grandma to 3 precocious little ones! I have crafted my entire life (Thanks, MOM!) and worked the last 16 years in a Tailoring Shop. Now that I am retired, it is time to share my stash of "creations". I sew, knit, crochet and embroider mostly, although I have dabbled in painting some wood crafts and am attempting some jewelry creations. I am an active "scavenger" for vintage fabric, trims, buttons, beads, buckles, baubles and other odd items to use in my creations. Because of this, I rarely make the same item twice the same way. I feel this ensures a type of personalization for each unique customer!

This tablecloth was too stained to use, so found enough clean areas to make this little purse :o)
