This is a gorgeous pair of gemstone earrings featuring faceted blue topaz oval gemstones that dangle from a stack of rhodolite garnet beads and sterling silver spacers. They are 1 3/4 inches long from the top of the handmade sterling silver ear wires by 1/8 inch wide.

How it’s Made
I made these earrings by first setting the blue topaz gemstones in sterling silver bezel settings, ensuring the stones were well secured in the settings. Then I made the stack of rhodolite rondelle beads with 26 gauge sterling silver wire and attached the blue topaz gemstones with a wire wrapped loop. I finished the stack with a wire wrapped loop at the top. I made the ear wires with 20 gauge sterling silver wire and attached the dangle. Next I oxidized the earrings in a Liver of Sulfur bath, and then polished to reveal texture and oxidized silver look.
