We gladly accept returns and exchanges in the event that your item has been damaged during shipment. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as a photograph of the damaged item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Seller will pay return shipping cost if the item is damaged during shipment. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived at its original shipping destination damaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. To start a return, you can contact us through the messaging system. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be made for your purchase price of the product(s) and applicable taxes, minus adjustment for damages if needed. Refunds will not be made for shipping fees if the item is not being returned due to damage. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your order includes items with differing production times, the longest production time in the order will apply. If you need an item shipped before the posted production time, please contact us to see if that will be possible. Shipping is USPS and shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process.
