Meet the Maker
I am a Fiber Artist specializing in freehand embroidery on pillows and art. My wonky style is rooted in crewel but with my own unique look and random stitching. I have been a working artist since I finished college. (University of Alabama, BS Fashion & Textile Design) I mainly sell my work online on Art/Handmade websites. Proud Dog Mom.
How it’s Made
This Custom Made pillow is freehand stitched in my own wonky style on burlap using mixed wooly yarns. I don’t use a pattern or chart. I free stitch much like an artist paints an abstract on canvas. One of a Kind. I sew my own pillows in mixed fabrics, chosen specifically for each theme or design.
