Heyy! I'm Jenni!
A few years ago, a simple snake plant sparked a journey that would transform not just my home, but my life. What began as a craving to bring the beauty of the outdoors inside quickly grew into a plant collection that was overtaking our space. As my plant collection grew, so did my desire to create aesthetic ways to showcase them.
Driven by a passion for learning new skills and crafting, I dove into the art of macramé. With each knot, I found joy not just in the process, but in the ability to customize my surroundings with my own two hands. As my skills evolved, so did my vision. I began expanding my creations to include brass and crystal suncatchers, adding another layer of charm to my home. These delicate pieces capture sunlight and scatter rainbows, inviting warmth and magic into any space.
At Charmed By Knots, we believe that every piece tells a story. Our modern macramé plant hangers and crystal suncatchers are designed to complement your home while highlighting your personal style. We strive to partner with eco-conscious suppliers, other small and/or women owned businesses and use recycled materials whenever possible.

How it’s Made
Every item in my shop is made to order. I hand make the crystal suncatcher after your order is placed. Each element is uniquely sourced. I hand cut the chain, source the decorative brass elements from several suppliers, create the design and hand assemble all of the pieces together.
Shop Policies
How soon will my order ship?
Each piece is handmade by me when you place your order, in the order received. My current shipping timeline is 3-6 business days. I always aim to ship items out as soon as possible, but it can fluctuate depending on how busy I am that week.
Do you accept custom orders
Yes! Whether its a different color combination tweak on a current style or something completely different I love when you reach out with requests! Your requests help me learn just what you are searching for so I can create styles and items to fill your needs! Custom orders, including custom lengths and/or colors are not eligible for return or exchange.
Packaging
All of my packaging is made from eco-friendly recycled materials! I do not use any plastic in my packaging.
Are your materials Eco-friendly?
Every macrame item in my shop is made with high quality up-cycled cotton cord from the garment industry. This helps reduce water usage, CO2 emissions and helps eliminate waste from landfills. My cord suppliers are also a woman owned companies!

Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange your item for any reason simply send me a message within 7 days of delivery. If you have access to a printer, I can send you a prepaid return shipping label. I will issue your refund (if applicable) within 3 business days of receipt. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any return/exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Custom items include any non-standard requests: ie. colors that are not in the color chart at the time of your order, custom lengths or any variations to the original design.
