Charms come packaged in a cotton-filled jewelry box.
Custom made using your own photos. THIS IS NOT A DO -IT YOURSELF ITEM! We place the photo and seal it under a layer of epoxy.

* PLEASE DO NOT CROP THE PHOTO!!!!!! I will crop the photo and make any adjustments necessary.
* Once the uncropped photo is received, we will send you a sample for approval via Etsy messaging within 24 hours. Samples are sent to be sure the order is correct. If you have chosen to go with a personalized message, please be aware that I copy and paste from what you have written, so double-check your spelling and punctuation to be sure everything is correct.
* Processing takes 2 - 4 business days with your shipping date being on that 3rd day..

Every custom order requiring a photo will receive a sample/proof within 24 hours of us receiving the photo. It is imperative that you check your messages to approve the sample. In the event the customer does not respond to approve the sample, your order will ship as-is. No refund or exchanges will apply.
