This handcrafted bowl cozy will help keep your hands safe, whether you're eating a bowl of ice cream or hot soup.
CONSTRUCTION
Rest assured, this item is meticulously handcrafted using two layers of high-quality cotton fabric for the exterior and two layers of microwave-safe batting for the interior. The center bottom of the cozy is reinforced with additional stitching to keep the layers from separating in the wash. We craft all of our products in a smoke-free home in the USA.
SIZES
The base of the cozy measures 4" x 4" and is 1.5" deep at the lowest point. This cozy can fit several different bowl sizes.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash: Cold water, gentle cycle
Machine dry: Tumble dry low
For best results, air dry flat.
Do not use bleach or detergents containing bleach.

While the item you are ordering is made of the same fabric as shown in the photo, your product may not be an identical match because of the repeat pattern in the fabric.
CAUTION
While this cozy is made with 100% cotton materials, making it safe for use in the microwave, we caution against this. All microwaves are different, and several things could spark a file, including any food particles on the cozy, microwaving an empty bowl, or any foreign substance that might be on the cozy. Additionally, detergents or fabric softeners used to launder the item could leave residue that might be flammable.

Hello, my name is Sandy, and I have two passions: art and animals.
I have been creating ever since I can remember. I adore all sorts of arts and crafts using a multitude of mediums. While I enjoy a variety of handicrafts, I currently work a lot with fabric, making useful and whimsical items to add fun and function to our daily lives.
My love for animals resulted in my volunteer efforts in animal rescue more than 15 years ago. One of the hazards of animal rescue is taking on hard-case animals that may not be eligible for adoption due to health or behavioral issues. I discovered I prefer those needing special care to healthy, easily adoptable animals. However, special needs often never leave your home, so I've turned my love of creating into a business to care for these animals.

At Embark In Art, satisfaction with your purchase is critical. If you are unhappy for any reason, we want to know. All items are handmade and represented in our shop photos and descriptions to the best of our ability. If something is unclear, please get in touch with us.
Returns and Exchanges
If, for some reason, you need to return your item, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receipt to make a return/refund arrangement. Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be packaged securely with tracking information to ensure a safe return. The product's full price minus any discounts and shipping fees will be refunded if the item comes with original packaging, has not been altered, or shows signs of wear. The buyer pays for return shipping expenses.
Shipping
We ship anywhere within the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS) with either First Class or Ground Advantage and tracking information. If you want expedited shipping or your package insured, please get in touch with us to make the necessary arrangements.
We ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your payment.
We can not be held responsible for USPS carrier damages, any delays due to weather, or misrouted packages. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages from your residence. Please ensure the address you provide as your shipping address is secure for delivery. Once the package is in the hands of the postal service, it becomes their responsibility.
If your shipment is taking too long, you can ask your local USPS office to start a search. Sometimes, the package gets misrouted, taking a few days longer than predicted.
