They may not be the star ingredient, but they’re a part of every good savory dish. They’re easy to work with and somehow make everything taste better. Plus, they’re affordable and keep well without refrigeration, making them one of the easiest ingredients to keep on hand.
This piece is part of my Produce series in oil and it honors an ingredient that quietly does a lot.
It is a 6x6" painting in oil on flat (1/8") hardboard, varnished and unframed, waiting to add a touch of warmth wherever it’s displayed.
Fun facts about onions — They’re full of antioxidants and natural compounds that may support heart health and reduce inflammation. They’re also a good source of vitamin C.

I am not sure how long GoImagine stores this info in the system, but that is the amount of time I will be able to see it. I will never use it for any reason other than to answer questions for you about your order or to send out your order to you. I do not personally store the information outside of GoImagine at all.
