MADE TO ORDER: Brindle cowhide brand 18"x18" pillow, perfect accent to any style and any room. Brands are embossed leather and the pillow base is real cowhide. Choose the color option you want and send a picture of your ranch or farm brand through messages. The back of the pillow cover is made with a matching microsuede material and has a hook and loop closure so that the pillow insert can be removed for cleaning. The pillow can be made with or without 12" dark brown fringe if desired. If your brand is very detailed and has a lot of parts to it, there may be additional costs to create it. If you are unsure if your brand will work, please message me. The pillows include a 20"x20" pillow insert. Please allow 3-4 weeks until shipped.

The price in this listing is for one brand. The pillows are customizable. If you would like to customize your pillow differently, please message me and I will set up a private listing based on your quote and specifications. Pillow inserts are included in price. Recommended cleaning for cowhide/leather pillow cover: Spot clean only with a damp rag.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON CUSTOM AS THEY ARE MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS. You have a 48-hour grace period after your order is placed to make any changes or cancel your order. Additional fees may apply depending on the changes made to your order. No charge for cancellation within the 48 hours.

Returns You must contact me within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. CUSTOM ORDERS are not returnable/refundable as they are made with your personalized information and/or made to your specifications.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be refunded the sales amount less the shipping cost once the returned itemed has been inspected.
If there is a problem with the item you purchased please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my very best to try and correct the issue.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can email me a copy of your receipt at spurcrazydesigns@gmail.com
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to any error on my part, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, is not eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. You will receive the amount of the purchase less shipping charges.
If your returned item is rejected for a refund, I will contact you and let you know why your item was rejected. Your item will be returned to the shipping address that was provided on the original order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at spurcrazydesigns@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at spurcrazydesigns@gmail.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 8, Campbell TX 75422, United States.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping/return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
