Meet the Maker

Welcome to my shop! I’m a disabled female Veteran who has found a passion for all things glitter, casting resin, and sublimation. Crafting is not just a hobby for me; it’s a way to keep myself sane and busy. Each piece I create is made with love and a touch of sparkle. Thank you for supporting my small business and joining me on this glittery journey!

How it’s Made

This is made by sublimation. Below are the descriptions of each of the processes the I do to make your tumbler.

  1. Design Selection: Choose your favorite design or image. This could be anything from a personal photo to a unique graphic.

  2. Printing the Design: The selected design is printed onto a special transfer paper using sublimation ink. This ink turns into a gas when heated, allowing it to bond with the tumbler’s surface.

  3. Preparing the Tumbler: The tumbler, typically made of stainless steel or another material with a special polyester coating, is cleaned and prepped to ensure the design adheres perfectly.

  4. Applying the Design: The printed transfer paper is carefully wrapped around the tumbler and secured with heat-resistant tape to keep it in place.

  5. Heat Pressing: The tumbler is placed in a heat press, which applies heat and pressure. This process transforms the ink into a gas, allowing it to penetrate the polyester coating and create a vibrant, permanent design.

  6. Cooling and Finishing: After the heat press, the tumbler is allowed to cool. The transfer paper is removed, revealing your custom design that is now part of the tumbler’s surface. The result is a durable, long-lasting, and unique tumbler that won’t fade, peel, or crack.
