Although resin is pretty tough, to get the most out of your piece here's some advice:
- Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, oils, and rubbing alcohol.
- Do not scrub, soak, or submerge under water.
- Avoid contact with smoke as it may cause discoloration.
- Hand wash only using mild soap and water.
- Dry using a soft, non-abrasive cloth.

All products are shipped from southwest New Mexico using USPS. As most of the products are made to order, processing times will vary between 1-3 days.

How it’s Made
To ensure its durability, this pendant has been made using UV resin and cured under a UV lamp. The curing process creates a glossy finish that adds to its beauty and also makes it resistant to wear and tear.

How do I exchange an item?
~If your order didn’t work out and you’d like to exchange it, please contact me within 14 days of the item's arrival.
~Exchanged orders must be undamaged for me to accept an exchange.
~The item will need to be returned to me before I can ship out the new item.
~I DO NOT COVER your return shipping.
When will my items be shipped?
~Processing times for made-to-order items: Because our products are created just for you soon after you complete your purchase, please allow 2-3 business days for your item to ship.
~Processing times for ready-to-ship items: You can expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days after your purchase date.
POLICIES
SHIPPING: All items will be shipped within 1-3 days. The items(s) will be placed in an organza bag and packaged in a 6x4x2 box and poly mailer (see the photo in the description)
Broken Upon Delivery: All items delivered broken by no fault of the buyer may be eligible for a full refund, I will ask for photographs of the packaging and item(s) to issue you a refund.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, if the post office marks the package as 'delivered', I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available unless a police report for stolen mail is filed. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
If this does happen: Check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. Check with neighbors or look around your house to see if the mail carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. Check with the post office in person to get the GPS reading from the delivery scan.
In the case of stolen packages: ~File a stolen package report with the police and the post office so that they can track patterns of theft in your area.
