The body of this purse is made from a vintage brown leather jacket - It features hand cut leather fringe on one side that is accented with gold gimp trim
It closes with a black zipper
It is lined in a silky gold fabric with green polka dots
The strap is a vintage macrame belt made with wood beads and 2 mother of pearl hearts that are 1 3/4" wide
The bag is 6 3/4" wide x 8" tall
Strap is 33" long with a 15" drop

Meet the Maker
I am a mom of 2 and Grandma to 3 precocious little ones! I have crafted my entire life (Thanks, MOM!) and worked the last 16 years in a Tailoring Shop. Now that I am retired, it is time to share my stash of "creations". I sew, knit, crochet and embroider mostly, although I have dabbled in painting some wood crafts and am attempting some jewelry creations. I am an active "scavenger" for vintage fabric, trims, buttons, beads, buckles, baubles and other odd items to use in my creations. Because of this, I rarely make the same item twice the same way. I feel this ensures a type of personalization for each unique customer!
