Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day

Once your order is placed, it generally takes 1-3 business days to process and pack.  Products are shipped via USPS and transit times follow their shipping guidelines.

Note: For APO, FPO, please allow roughly 45 days for shipping. These shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Please see our Terms of Service for details. 

Return Policy

Return or exchanges within 30 days of initial purchase only. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@comfycottageboutique.com  to begin the return process. You will need to provide your Order Number and the shipping Zip Code.

• Goimage. I share information with Goimagine as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the their Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

• Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) Process any exchanges or returns.
