• We use ridged mailer on purchases of 6 items or more with USPS tracking number.

Meet the Maker
"We love creating cheerful art". We started a scrapbook paper company in 1999. It really caught on and became pretty popular. We eventually had to close that company and in 2015 opened our online store. We are currently adding more online location for your convenience (just search Cindy Urry to find). I am continuing to draw pictures for people to enjoy. We are 100% involved in the creation, manufacturing (we personally draw, print and cut our product ourselves), quality control and shipping (we currently ship in 0-2 days no matter the season). We do not plan on outsourcing as we grow, we will still be 100% involved in our products so we can bring the highest quality to you.
How it’s Made
Cindy hand draws each image. Gene scans them in and cleans and crops them to size to create the products. We then create the sheets and cut them with a Silhouette cutting machine. We check them for cut lines and if they are easy to peel. At this point when ordered we package them in a cello bag for protection, include any bonus stickers and handwritten note card. We then personally take them to Post Office to ship. all this within a 0-2 day processing time so you can receive your order as Quickly as possible.

Shipping
We ship within 0-2 days except Sundays.
Shipping estimates are determined by the shipping company.
We mainly use USPS for shipping.
Orders of 1-5 items ship First Class in an envelope with no tracking.
If you would like to have tracking, upgrade to USPS Ground Advantage.
Orders of 6 or more ship USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
Privacy
I don't store your personal information or use it for any purpose other than filling your orders. You won't be signed up for any emails automatically simply by shopping, you have to explicitly sign up and request emails. Your email address will never be sold to third parties. Your payment processor will obviously need your information, but none of that is stored or used by Cindy Urry Design. Unless I'm legally obligated to release your personal info, I don't use it other than for regular marketing purposes.
