Wheat protein is an excellent tensor and has film-forming properties that increases firmness of the skin, retains moisture in the skin protecting it from drying out and makes it soft and conditioned, found to reduce the appearance of wrinkles The end result is an eye cream that may help get ride of fine wrinkles and tighten the skin under the eye.
