Meet the Maker
I came by my love for the craft of jewelry during the pandemic, accidentally igniting the passion when I set out to repair some of my own necklaces while jewelers were closed in lockdown. Much to my pleasant surprise, the craft brought focus and beauty to my life, and restored a sense of creativity that had been mostly dormant for awhile. Since 2020, I feel that my artistry has blossomed, and now I confidently let the pieces design themselves, following a deep instinct for color and pattern wherever it leads. My sources of inspiration are serendipitous: dug out of an old jewelry box that went unopened for 20 years; noticed on a garage sale table out of the corner of my eye; and even found in a pile of leaves by the sidewalk. I want to give a second life to old and discarded jewelry, to help people find small beauties and little luxuries in their daily lives.
