We encourage you to carefully review all customization or personalization details before placing your order to avoid any discrepancies. In the event that you receive clothing items with defects or damages, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Provide details, including photographs of the defects. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for a refund or replacement. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns may be covered by us, depending on the circumstances.

Manufacture Defects

1. Contact Customer Support: If you discover a defect in the children's clothing you have purchased, you should contact us by email, or the live chat option within 7 days after the item(s) have been marked as delivered by the postal service.

2. Provide Necessary Information: You must provide your order number, details about the defect, and send clear pictures of the defective item by email. This information helps us assess the issue accurately.

3. Verify Eligibility: We ensure that the customer is within the 7-day notification timeframe from the date of receiving the item. If you are, we proceed with the return/replacement process.

4. Package the Item: You must securely package the defective item in its original packaging.

5. Ship the Item: You must ship the defective item back to our designated return address and keep a record of the tracking number for your reference.

6. Inspection and Processing: Once the defective item is received, we will inspect it to confirm the reported defect. If the defect is verified, we will proceed with processing the return.
