How it’s Made
What is Sublimation?
Sublimation is a printing process that allows for vibrant, long-lasting designs on Coffee mugs. It turns solid dye into a gas without passing through a liquid phase. Here’s how it works:
Design Creation: First, a digital design is created using special software.
Printing: The design is printed onto a special transfer paper using sublimation inks designed to turn into gas when heated.
Heat Transfer: The printed transfer paper is then placed on the mug, and heat is applied using a heat press. The high temperature causes the dye to sublimate, or turn into gas.
Dye Infusion: The gas penetrates the substrate, bonding with it. Once the material cools, the dye returns to a solid state, becoming a permanent part of the mug.

Shop Policies
Some items are made to order and will be in the description. This can take 2-3 business days to complete.
Shipping:
Shipping will be USPS priority mail or USPS first class mail.
Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. Items returned due to an incorrect address must be resent at the buyer's cost.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellations:
Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation on personalized/custom orders cannot be accepted if production has started on the item.
Return policy:
If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. The buyer must state the issue and provide pictures.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The product needs to be returned within 7 days.
Original shipping paid will not be included in the refund.
A refund will be issued once the product is received and in the condition it was sent.
No returns/refunds on handmade soap due to the nature of it being a personal product.
