How it’s Made
I created the design using 2D modeling software. It's roughly the shape of an XYZ.
I then use a laser cuter to cut out Acrylic material in whatever color I'm using. Then I clean off the material and even blow torch the hole so it's less sharp and more smooth for comfort.
Next I cut laces and install them as shown. I also burn the ends of the bungie cord to make sure they don't fray.
Lastly I put bungie clips on all the laces for sweet sweet tightening.
