One of my favorite color combos is a shout out to 'The Red Hat Lady's' but that's another story. The red Celtic Rose with deep green leaf's are stunning on this purple purse. The trim and front pocket are done in a corresponding black and jewel tone Batik.
The finished bag measures approximately 11" x 11" with a 3" gusset. There is an 8" x 8" zipper pocket under the flap, You'll also find 2 large pockets inside the bag, because you can never have too many pockets.
The handle is 1 1/2" wide, padded, with adjuster so that the bag can be carried cross shoulder or over shoulder and at what ever length is comfortable. The D ring adjusters on the handle make a great place to clip your keys.
The front Flap is held down by a magnetic snap which I sandwich in felt so the fabrics never take the pull.
All stress points are triple reinforced, making these purses beautiful and durable. Made from 100% quilters weight cottons, we work in only the highest quality fabrics.

Knotty Covers is a husband and wife small craft business started in 2011. We are artisans at the Colorado Renaissance Festival and the Santa Fe Renaissance Festival. Our creations are a combination of the Quilting my grandmother taught me, the sewing and tailoring classes I took all through school and the Art I studied back when everyone told me you cant make a living doing art. After 30+ years of working for corporate America a layoff and my husband pushed me to try something new. And Knotty Covers was born, lucky for me my husband took to free motion quilting like he'd been doing it all his life so the two of us are able to full fill this dream together.
How it’s Made
Each of our bags is one of a kind. Every step in their manufacture is done by my husband and myself.
We design the bags ourselves, Hand drawn, hand cut out and hand made from start to finish. The end result is a unique piece of art you can carry with you anytime.
100% Cotton fabrics including batting make these machine washable. We recommend cold / gentle cycle wash. Best if bag is turned inside out to protect the art. Or you can use a garment bag. Normal dry and your ready to go. And oh yah, best for last. The linings in these bags pulls all the way up so it's easy to dump out, spot clean, push right back in. Because a dirty lining shouldn't be hard to deal with.

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, providing the product is still in NEW condition. (not used or washed) Buyer is responsible for return postage and full refund will be issued upon receipt of the product.
