Flatware Information:
All of our flatware pieces are silver-plated and sourced from local antique shops. Each one is personally selected, inspected, and then goes through a detailed process that includes hand-stamping, polishing, and cleaning.
Please note, this is authentic vintage flatware, not new. As such, some signs of previous use may be visible part of what makes each piece so special. Every letter is individually hand-stamped, which means they may not be perfectly aligned. This charming imperfection is what gives handmade items their soul and character.
The black coloring used to darken the letters is made from an edible dye. It is not permanent and may fade over time. Hand washing is recommended to help the lettering last longer. While the coloring may fade, the stamped impression is permanent and will never wear away.
To maintain the silver's shine, gently polish with a jewelry cloth or tarnish remover as needed.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on hand-stamped silverware (excluding personalized or custom items) within 10 days of delivery for any reason. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received, a refund for the item cost will be promptly issued.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have not been pre-approved.
