About this Product
Are you looking for a unique bracelet to add to your jewelry collection? Do you struggle to get most bracelets on one-handed? Then you've come to the right place! When Andrew wove these bracelets together, he included a special swiveling lobster claw clasp on most of them. They're larger than the average clasp, which makes it easier to open one-handed, plus the swivel makes it easier to get in the right position without tangling or twisting up the bracelet itself.
Speaking of the bracelets, Andrew has woven together designs for just about any style, costume, or event (if none of these catch your eye, try set 1 here: https://goimagine.com/chainmail-bracelets-set-1). For the first bracelet, Andrew combined red, blue, purple, green, and black rings into an interesting weave with a slight spiral to it. This design also has a stretchy silicone ring for the lobster claw to link into. For the next, he took a non-functional watch face and wove a strap for it out of silver, red, orange, and green rings. The next bracelet Andrew and Stephen collaborated on: Stephen wrapped a flint arrowhead with brass wire, Andrew made a bracelet out of red, silvertone and goldtone chainmail rings for it, and then they wove a piece of leather cord through the rings to soften it. The next design is all Andrew, though: blue, silvertone, and teal rings with a silvertone disc pendant. The last 2 of the design in this set don't use Andrew's fancy lobster clasp. One combines silver rings and green leather cord with a goldtone diamond link and an antique silver toggle clasp. The other is the triple strand of gunmetal rings interspersed with a rainbow of colored rings and an antique silvertone hook-and-loop clasp.
Stephen says, "I replaced the battery in the watch, but that didn't actually fix it. If anyone else thinks they can get it working again, good luck!"

Angelic Relics
Meet the Maker
Beth Ann Borth, Owner & Lead Designer
My jewelry making journey started with making a “grandkids” birthstone necklace for my mom in ‘09. Then came angel birthstone necklaces for my sister and sisters-in-law. The odd bracelet here, a couple pairs of earrings there. In 2017 my younger son, Stephen, convinced me to try to make it a business. He jumped in making gemstone jewelry, and my older son, Andrew, followed weaving chainmail rings. And so Angelic Relics & Modern Treasures was born. The “relics” portion of our name comes from the fact we like to take broken jewelry, weird estate pieces, or things that were never meant to be jewelry, and turn them into unique new jewelry pieces. We had a good couple years run, but pandemic schedules and Andrew striking out on his own meant we had to shelve the business. Schedules have finally shifted back, so we redesigned our logo, dropped the last half of our name, and launched a new online store. Thanks for checking us out!

What is flint?
Flint is a type of cryptocrystalline quartz found worldwide. It usually forms in shades of black, white, brown, gray, and green, but some varieties can be heat treated to show pink, red, tan, yellow, and bluish tones. Other varieties show banding like agate or dendrites like moss agate. Flint nodules break into sharp edged pieces, making it the material of choice in ancient times for making knives, spearpoints, arrowheads, axes, needles, and more. Flint also produces sparks when struck against iron or steel, making it a useful fire starter.
This point was purchased from someone near Flint Ridge, OH. The seller didn't specify the flint's origin, so there's a chance it is world-famous Ohio flint (AKA rainbow flint, Ohio rainbow flint, or Vanport flint), Ohio's state gemstone.
