This chalk holder is made from Venus lava explosion acrylic. The acrylic has turquoise, white & copper colors. A great gift for any teacher, this useful Chalk Holder plated in durable Chrome will keep hands clean, reduce mess and prevents the chalk from breaking. Easily extends and retracts using a precision collet mechanism holding even the most tiny piece of chalk firmly in place. Fits standard board chalks up to 3/8 and features a handy pocket clip.
It takes many steps to create a piece like this. First, the blank is cut to size, a hole is drilled in the center and a brass tube is epoxied in place. After the epoxy is set, I turn the piece on the lathe to the desired shape and size. The piece is sanded with multiple grades of sandpaper up to 12,000 grit. Once sanded, it is polished & buffed.

Returns on non-custom orders are accepted up until shipping labels are created. Custom orders require a 50% deposit upon order and balance due before shipping. Custom orders are non-refundable. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me to discuss options.
