Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we’re happy to help!
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Allergy or Sensitivity Concerns: Please review ingredient lists before purchasing. We cannot accept returns based on personal sensitivities or allergies. If you have questions about a product, feel free to ask before ordering!
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
