About this Product
This puzzle is great fun for the whole family, kids and adults alike. It can make a great gift or stocking stuffer too! The puzzle comes with it's own tin to store the pieces. The tins are 3" round (the photo on the tin is not sublimated, it is a sticker). The puzzle measures approximately 11.25 x 7.75 and is made of a study cardboard material. PLEASE NOTE: These puzzles have small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Children should be supervised when working with these puzzles.

Meet the Maker
Hello! My name is Laurie and together with my mom, Kathy, we began crafting many years ago! I am a former elementary school teacher and I was always looking for fun shirts for the holidays to wear at work. I always wanted something a little different than I could find online so, we bought some vinyl and a cutting machine and the crafting began! Beyond t-shirts, I loved making personalized gifts for my students for the end of the year. Soon after, we were creating decor and gifts for bridal showers and baby showers for ourselves and friends. We loved the feeling of giving a homemade, one of a kind gift to our loved ones. We both relocated to Texas within a year or so from each other and decided to share our creations beyond our friends and family and so, Double Peony Designs was born. We chose the Peony because it has a special meaning to us. My grandmother had beautiful white peonies growing in her yard where my mother grew up. When my mother had her own home, they transplanted some of the peonies to her garden. Then, when I had my own home, I transplanted some of them to my garden. We looked forward to seeing them every Spring. Not only are they beautiful, big flowers, but their scent is heavenly.

How it’s Made
Our products are all made using sublimation inks (dyes) and high heat to achieve a high resolution, full color print. Due to this process, inks are infused into the fabric or hard substrate, and the designs will not peel, crack or fade under normal use. Fabric substrates can be machine washed and dried on a low setting. Hard substrates (mugs, etc.) are dishwasher and microwave safe. Although some manufactures suggest hand washing. Note: Frosted Glass Cans should be hand washed as per the manufacturer.

***Most items will take 3-5 days to create and another 3-5 days for shipping. If you need an item by a specific date, please message us to confirm it can be done in time beforehand.
***If your item includes a photograph for personalization, please provide a crisp, clear photo that has not been cropped when sending. If the photo is too blurry, we will not be able to use it.
***For any personalized items you order, we will email you a proof before proceeding to make the item. Please review the email to make sure that the spelling of names, addresses, etc. are correct. It's best to email us back as soon as possible so that we can complete your order and get it shipped. Customer approved personalized items are final sale.
***Shipping is via USPS First Class or USPS Priority. Delivery is dependent on USPS, therefore, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Once shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note: As the customer is responsible to provide the correct address, items that are returned to us for the wrong address/undeliverable cannot be refunded. However, we will ship a new item and the customer must pay for shipping to resend it. If a shipment shows that it has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot refund or replace that item.
***Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order it must be cancelled within 24 hours from when you placed the order. Please email us at doublepeonydesigns@gmail.com or message us through Go Imagine.
***Returns: We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with the final result. While we do not accept returns, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we can see what changes, if any, can be made. If the item needs to be returned, the customer is responsible to pay the shipping.
***Please be aware that actual colors may vary slightly as computer screens and devices are backlit and may effect how colors appear on your screen. Actual colors may be slightly darker than what you see on your screen device.
