My name is Lynette and I started this small business in 2008. Making things is my passion... it started when I was a teenager in the 1970s, crocheting bikinis in Santa Cruz, California. How it’s Made
Brown leather is cut from a hide, assembled into the width ordered, sewn down the edges with a sewing machine, and then a clip/clasp applied at each end. Clasp is double secured with stitching and a matching metal rivet. The finished strap is tested for strength and proper functionality, then carefully wrapped and placed in a bubble mailer for shipping.

Returns
We have a 30 day return policy. For returns after 30 days from the purchase date, a refund is not available. For returns of merchandise between 30 to 60 days from the purchase date, a store credit may be issued depending on the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/new. Please note that customized items are not returnable. If you would like to start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return, so we can provide instructions.
Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations are subject to a $3 cancellation fee per item. Cancellations are not allowed after your order has shipped.
