My dried herbal blends are made from the herbs grown on our farm in northern Minnesota. We do not use pesticides or chemicals in our growing or harvesting processes. Our herbs are picked and dried when young and tender, at the peak of flavor; and all of our natural herb blends are made gluten free and contain no salt, sugar or MSG. These dip mixes do not contain fillers (such as flours and starches) so each package will go a long way. Each packet should yield approximately 2.5 cups of dip mix.

Our herb seasonings and dip mixes can be used in many different ways. Just because it says it is a dip mix does not mean it is only a dip. We use it to flavor softened cream cheese for a favorite cheese ball recipe, or in softened butter for a savory herbal butter, add it to sour cream and mayo for a dip - or plain yogurt, if you are going for a healthier dish; add it to your favorite vinegar and oil for a delicious vinaigrette. Be creative with your uses. Flavor your grilled meats, your favorite potato or pasta dishes; those casseroles that need a little something extra. REMEMBER to mix herb dips, spreads and butters a few hours ahead of meal time so the flavor of the herbs can truly saturate your dishes. Meet the Maker
Michael is Louisiana born and bred. He married a northern Minnesota farm girl and after retiring from the Air Force he found himself living in the woods of MN where temperatures can get lower than his Louisiana freezers. But he has adapted well.
Dawn is a Minnesota farm girl turned 1st grade teacher. She married her southern man and after he retired from the Air Force they moved back to her family farm. She has a passion for children, gardening and wholesome, simple foods .
After retiring from the military we purchased the farm Dawn was born and raised on in northern Minnesota with the hopes of finding a simpler lifestyle. With a great deal of faith and prayer we began working the land and found our passion. Our gardens grew, our fruit trees grew, our passion grew. We are personally involved in every step of our jelly and herb production. We till our soil, plant our crops, weed our gardens, and harvest our bounty. Our goal is always to provide a product that we would proudly serve on our table, to our friends and family.
We started out with simple vegetables grown for our local farmer's market and that expanded into homemade jams and jellies, artisan coarse ground mustard, herbal products and crafts. As we worked the farm in the summer heat and brutal winters, we soon found a need for quality skin care products and created our lotions and lotion bars.
All our fruits, berries and herbs are grown without chemicals or pesticides and are picked at the peak of ripeness, so the flavor is at its best. My jams and jellies are made with only a few key ingredients, so you won't have any problems trying to figure out what you are eating. They are gluten free, non-GMO, vegan and contain no artificial chemicals and preservatives; but only loads of sun ripened fruit, sugar and gluten free apple pectin Our herbs are also grown using natural, holistic practices and our herb products are also gluten and sodium free and non-GMO.
How it’s Made
We believe in simple, authentic farm practices so you can serve your family wholesome products and gift to your friends, as well. We don't believe in using chemicals, pesticides and other "stuff" to do what has been done for centuries. Why mess with what works?
