Send Us Photos Of Your Damage, Packing Materials, Label..We Will Combine Those Photos With All The Pre-Ship Photos We Take And Open A Claim To Hold The Carrier Accountable.FREIGHT...When The Driver Delivers Your Pallet...Inspect The Entire Box, All Sides, Top And Bottom...Should There Be So Much As A Small Knick, Or Dent Anywhere On That Box, Upon Signing Off On Your Delivery...You Must Write...Box Damaged..This Does Not Mean The Piece Received Damage..But Should That Be The Case..The Freight Company Will Be Held Accountable...If You Sign Off Not Stating Box Damaged, And There Is Damage, The Freight Company Will Not Honor The ClaimWe Are 3 In 2,800 With Freight..Knock On Wood...Same As Above..Contact Us Immediately..Take Photos..Keep All Packing..We Will Combine Our Photos With Your Photos..And File A Damage Claim.
