Here is presented a lovely angel dressed in my two tiered gown of a soft turquoise or aqua color that is littered with little pink flamingos. This fabric was so sweet and pretty I could not resist it! She is a perfect gift angel for the one who loves pink flamingos. Her pretty face is accented by her little rhinestone earrings and the pink rose in her hair and at the bodice. Her little white feathered wings complete her look.
She is handmade, 11 inches tall, porcelain from the waist up and built on a sturdy pressed board cone.
She is a unique gift angel, a sweet whimsical addition to a pink flamingo environment and a fun holiday treetopper!

Angel Tree Toppers and Art Dolls is what I love to create!! I get inspiration for my designs from my study of the Bible and from people that inspire me with their different personalities, a phrase someone might say or an event or situation. What I love about what I do is that I have never made two of anything just alike. This shop came about because I could not find a treetopper suitable for my tree; wrong hair color, skin color, dress color, theme. Subsequently, I thought others may have the same issue. I have never had sewing lessons and have never used a pattern. Every gown is free hand cut without a pattern. Sometimes I am surprised myself how some of my designs turn out! LOL
I want my dolls and angels to be reminders of something "lovely" to have an uplifting meaning and some positive inspiration. With the personalized hang tags it's a lovely way to say something from YOUR heart to someone else's heart in a one of a kind handmade way. Giving customers the chance to send a personalized note with their purchase is something I really love to do. No extra charge! It gives the recipient a focal point, a way to remember, and it makes your gift become a wonderful heirloom and keepsake. I have had some very trying times, painful experiences, and serious heartbreaks including the death of my only beloved daughter who was my sidekick, sometime I thought I would not make it but The Lord has brought me through them all. I consider it a privilege to be able to create lovely things that others can enjoy and that inspire hope and encouragement. Think about this: it may seem absurd but there is someone somewhere who would probably love to have your life, even with all the issues. Change the angle of your view the best CAN be yet to come and just maybe you are a little more blessed than you realize. Every new day is a chance to start afresh and be grateful for life.
