I'm Lisa and I own The Branded Board. I focus mainly on custom tumblers, serving boards and home decor, but I'm always trying new things, so who knows what might show up in my shop!
Shop Policies
All payments are due upon receipt of order.
All items are made to order. I don't keep inventory of any items. This means I have a 1-2 week turn around time on most items.
I do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will try to find a resolution that works for both of us.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please send pictures of the item and/or box showing damages and I will work with you to replace or refund item.
