If you are looking for something a bit different this holiday season, then my applique quilt Christmas cone is just the thing.
These cones are perfect for decorating your mantle or tree. They are also perfect for gift giving. You can fill it with that something small and hang it in the tree. You can carry it into that holiday party and your hostess will be tickled with the quilted cone filled with holiday chocolates.
My Christmas cones are a new version of the Victorian tussie mussie. This Holiday cone is created from 100% quilt shop cotton fabric. Just as I do for my quilts, the applique is completely hand cut and then stitched into place using a machine blanket stitch. There is batting in between the inside and out, again, just like a quilt. This Elf has a jingle bell tied to his hat. There is bell tied on the bottom of the cone and the braided jute handle is accented with a bell on each side. I think they just make it fun. My Christmas quilt tussie mussie measures approximately 9" tall without the hanger, with the hanger it is 13.5" tall and it is approximately 5.5" across the top. It's time to start a new tradition, give a gift in a Christmas Cone/ Tussie Mussie. You can fill it with almost any small gift and a bit of tissue. This Elf Cone will come to you will the red/tan check tissue inside, the greenery and pine cones are just to give you an idea of how to fill it. I imagine the pattern, pull the fabrics, cut, sew, sandwich and quilt. Each needful is passionately created in my tiny home studio. - Each item is a one of a kind handcrafted quilted needful. If once you receive your purchase, you have a question, please contact me, first thing.
- If there is a need to return your purchase, again, you must contact me first.
- Returns must be made within 10 days and in original condition.
- All return postage is paid by the customer and must be sent priority mail with signature.
- Your refund will only be for the price of the item, postage is not refundable.
- Refunds will not be made until the quilted items are back to me, in said original condition.
