Hi my name is Jami. I am just getting started with my new business Unique Kreatives. I love to create new things from crafts or taking something and making it totally new. I like one of kind things that you wont find anywhere else. I hope you love my creations just as much as I loved creating them.
Shop Policies
Handmade/Decorated Products and products made from resin.
Most of my products are hand-made or decorated.
Any irregularities and/or variances in size, color or texture, reflect the handmade process used to create your product.
Custom resin orders can take up to 4-8 weeks to make as each product is handmade and undergoes a curating process. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service or product without my written permission.
Product Descriptions. The images of the items posted are representational only. All items for sale are described and photographed as accurately as possible, however I cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are current and error free.
Unless a product description specifically states it is food safe, UV protective, or heat resistant up to 400 degrees (Fahrenheit), it is not. Our products are generally not FDA approved and are only heat resistant up to 120 degrees. Due to the nature of resin, products may begin to yellow over time, particularly if exposed to prolonged/direct sunlight.

No Warranties.
All products are sold on an “as is” basis. I do not make any warranties of any kind.
No Refunds. Due to the nature that items are custom made/decorated, No refunds/returns/exchanges.
Damaged Products. I take great care in packaging my products as safely as possible. In the rare and unfortunate event where an item arrives to you damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of the receipt of the products for an immediate replacement. If I cannot replace the exact item, I will replace it with something similar. Please send your order number, exact items and photos of the item(s) damaged.
