SPECIAL NECKLACE
This pendant necklace is special because it is two necklaces in one! An original design that can be worn as a subtle Christmas tree necklace, or upside down as an artsy swirl zig zag necklace. Also you can switch from the brown suede lace it comes on to a favorite chain, or a sheer red ribbon (which I'll add to your purchase for no extra cost if requested)
Also special because when you wear it you will get lots of compliments! Making you feel as special as you are!
HOW PENDANT WAS CREATED
I originally created this design as only a Christmas Tree Necklace (or pin) with holiday red & green glass beads wired on (which is sold in my shop under Holiday Jewelry) Then I decided to make it without the beads, making it a more subtle holiday piece. It is hand forged, then hammered on the top and bottom swirls, and ends of piece to give it a brighter look! Comes on a brown suede lace, about 36 inches. And is adjustable, by retying to the length you prefer!

Hi! My name is Lisa, and I'm the jewelry designer and maker for Presence Jewelry Designs. I have been designing and making home art & jewelry for 20+ years - Switching to only making jewelry for the last 15 years. I primarily work with sterling silver, aluminum wire, sometimes gold wire, and semi-precious stones & gemstones. Several of my best selling designs are the "Presence Cross" and the "Presence Simple Cross" necklaces, the "Swirly Scarf Slide" and the "Surrounded" stone necklaces.
I take great care in finding and using high quality materials and stones. I love designing and making jewelry that makes women feel special - unique pieces that inspire compliments when worn - making women feel as special as they are!
All of my jewelry is hand forged by me. Many of my sulver and gold designs are hand hammered to create a delicate, artsy look! I also love creating jewelry with aluminum wire (lead & nickel free) then hand hammering to create a bright texture that looks just like silver! My hammered aluminum jewelry is very lightweight, and won't tarnish. And it allows me to make larger statement necklaces & bracelets for affordable prices!

Most orders are shipped in 1-2 business days. Some custom made pieces can take a little longer, and that will be noted in the individual descriptions. I use USPS First Class Mail, unless you choose Priority Mail. All items have free shipping (by USPS First Class Mail , with Tracking) Orders ship from TN zip code 37650.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Problems with an ORDER
If you have received a damaged item, your package is missing an item,or you have received an incorrect item, please contact me within 14 days of of receipt of your order. You may expect to receive a replacement or refund for the incorrect/damaged item.
Product Returns
I accept product returns as long as the item is returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. To begin your return please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your item. You will be responsible for shipping costs for return of your item.
All returns must be completed within 30 days of your purchase.If more than 30 days has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or credit. Non returnable items: customized or personalized items, discounted items (on sale) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
