The Christmas season is just around the corner! Have you started planning to buy a Christmas tree yet? Every year, I enjoy making a few Christmas tree ornaments by hand — they're perfect for decorating and also make great gifts for friends and family.
I’ve put together a Christmas wreath embroidery kit! It includes needles, thread, an embroidery hoop, fabric, a hand-drawn pattern for reference, and simple instructions. The design is pre-printed on the fabric and can be easily removed with heat – just use an iron!
I’ve already made one sample, which you can see in the green example. This project is beginner-friendly. If you need extra help, I’ve also recorded a short video demonstrating the basic stitches. I’ll be happy to share it with you after your purchase.

How it’s Made
This piece requires learning two embroidery techniques: stem stitch and French knots. The leaves, berries, and nuts are embroidered with 4 strands of thread, while the branches are done with 2 strands. A single thread consists of 6 strands. Note that the nuts are composed of 2 strands of brown and 2 strands of red. Note that the blue patterns are drawn with a heat-erasable pen and will disappear when heated. After completion, you can iron them with to make the patterns vanish.
